Display Category Instead Of Brands

Hi,

I am displaying our brands at my homepage which takes inputs from Products--> Feature-->Variants

Apart from brands I also want to display categories with icons, is there a way to do it?

I don't want to loose brand display feature (I want both).

Or is there a way to disable display of a particular brand from carousal display?

I am talking about 'Our Brands' template using homepage-our-brands css (version 4.3.5)
