I'm working on the design of cs multivendor, and I made changes on the blocks from the admin.
I'm just wondering how to migrate those changes to my online site without overwriting the entire database??

If you're talking about the layout manager (blocks) then export the layout and import it. It generates XML that will be used to adjust the relevant DB tables only.
