Hi Guys,
I'm wondering if someone may be able to assist me with what should have been a straight forward upgrade via the Upgrade Center. According to the Reference Guide and a few other documents that I have read, the Upgrade Center is supposed to retrieve upgrade files from the CS-Cart server and allow the store administrator to then install everything at the click of a mouse (more or less). However, this is not working for me.
The "Packages" tab shows nothing and when I click on the "Refresh Packages List", a popup message then appears that says "Notice: No Upgrades Currently Available". See image attached.
Well, I know this to be simply incorrect because CS-Cart 4.3.6 is available for download from the Help Desk and the fact that I have 4.3.5 currently installed on the server would suggest that something is not right.
I'm guessing its something obvious (perhaps even a permissions issue) but since I'm new to CS-Cart, I just can't figure it out. Can someone point me to where I should look?
And in case anyone is wondering, yes, I have enter the license key in admin.
