Which login information is needed for USPS? I have their general login info but it does not seem to work. Is there a special site with user id and password like the UPS rate key? Any help would be appreciated.

1) Goto https://secure.shipp...m/registration/ and register
2) You will receive an email with your userid and instructions for testing
3) Reply to the email and request them to switch you to the Production server. Since they won't have any record of you testing, you will also have to tell them that it's for CS-Cart (3rd party software)
Also note that you will NOT receive a password as this is no longer a requirement by USPS.
