Add Internal Notes To The Products

It would be really great if there are a simple field to put some internal note (like a link) or whatever in each product. only visible for administrators.

There are some way to do this? (add a hidden link in each product)?

There is an addon for this:

...but its not compatible with 4.3.5.

I finally did it just creating a new hidden feature, thanks anyway.
