Shipping Option Issue

Hi,

I have a configured US location including all US states.

Under Shipping methods, I have provided some values (screen shot attached).

Now under Products->Products-> Shipping Properties, I have configured weight as 1.00

Now, when I checkout this product, I get following message:

"

No shipping required

Delivery time is calculated in business days.

"

When I choose 'Free Shipping ' under Products->Products-> Shipping Properties, I get Free Shipping message.

What is wrong with my config? Why I don't see shipping costs at checkout?

Please make sure that the Disable shipping option is disabled in the Users/cart section on the Settings > General page in the CS-Cart admin panel.

There is no such field under Settings->General. I am on 4.3.5 version. Following are my settings options for Setting-> General.

Please make sure that the Downloadable check box is not enabled on the editing page of the product which is added to cart.
