Mailer Error: Smtp Error: The Following Recipients Failed After Checkout Rate Topic   - - - - -

I receive the following error:


Mailer Error: SMTP Error: The following recipients failed


This error is displayed after successfully ordering a product during the checkout process on my Multi-Vendor platform.


Other emails have been sent successfully; the error is only displayed during this particular thing.


The problem continues to persist even after changing to an offline payment processor, to check if it was my payment gateway causing the issue. It is definitely something with Cs-Cart itself.


Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Do you have the same problem in admin when changing order statuses?


Are your smtp settings in settings/email ok


I had a problem with spam assasin on my server blocking mine and my host fixed it.

My guess would be the email address you are using for "orders department".  Check for a typo.
