As per attached cs cart SEO add-on in only working on english , the other language showing default links, please not that i am working on 4.3.5.

Suggest you check your db for language entries other than en. You could backup your db, then remove non-en languages and then recreate them. This should regenerate seo names but they will start out in English.
Alternatively you could export the products/categories/pages and import them with the other languages.
If your store is not indexed yet, please re-install the SEO module and check. It should clean up necessary tables in the database and fix the issue
