There is MailChimp integration in the 'E-mail marketing' add-on. Or you can quote a custom modification.

You can use them for SMTP of course.
You need an account with them and change the email settings in your cs-cart.
If you manage your own server, then you can include one of them into the Postfix mail server.
We have better experiences with Sendgrid, but Mailjet is also recommended. MailChip is more for newsletters.
