This magnificent extension gives the customers privilege of cancelling their orders. The eligibility of order cancellation is based on product, price of order, time period and status of order. Here Admin just needs to assign simple conditions based on these scenarios to avail this feature to his/her customers.
FEATURES :
1. Well integrated with CS-Cart Multivendor.
2. The functionality to create conditions for order cancellation is provided to admin.
3. The conditions of cancellation is based on four conditions. Firstly on order price where admin need to set a minimum amount for order to be cancelled.
4. The next condition that has been given for cancellation is the time duration which is customisable upto day, hour and minutes of order.
5. The third most condition that has been provided is according to the status of order.
This would be useful for orders that are awaiting payment. It would be nice to send users a reminder email about their unpaid order and then allow them to cancel their order from the email. or include a link to the cancel function.
We will surely try to implement it in our next upcoming update but at present the feature of cancellation of order is limited upto "Order Detail Page" at frontend. For cancellation user need to go the "Order Detail Page" and click on the cancel button.
Does CS-Cart have built in functionality to allow the administrator to issue refunds to the customer without having to go to the payment gateway? I can use either Stripe or Braintree payments.
