Checkout Problem, Cant Go To Billing Options Rate Topic   - - - - -

Hi All,

 

I have problems during the checkout process, while in step 3 (shipping options) and choose the next process (go to billing options), nothing happend (can not go to the billing page & no error show). This happened several times,
 
FYI, I'm using CS Cart 4.2.4 multi-storefront, using custom shipping method, shipping location arround 350 destination. My site is www.rodalink.com/id
 
Anyone has experienced anything like this? Please help, thanks before!

I cannot find any location to get the list of shipping methods. Please advise which country and state can be tested.

Try to temporary switch to the default theme and check the checkout process. If the 4th step is displayed, the issue is caused by 3rd party theme

Verify that all required fields for billing and shipping addresses as well as other fields in checkout do indeed have values.

difficult to test, because only happened a few times, not always.
