Waking up this old topic.

I have a website in CS-Cart 4.3 and my client has a merchant account with CajaMar. The payment gateway will work with Spanish cards (BBVA) but it doesn't work with a UK Mastercard or VISA. The issue seems to be inside the Redsys page as when I input the card numbers it comes up with an instant (don't recognise number ) message. It appears to be an issue with ServiRed / Redsys as opposed to CS-Cart.

 

Anyone got a Spanish site working on ServiRed with UK or non Spanish cards????? Please help.

That is not a CS CART issue.

 

Your client has to talk to the bank to change the security level of the payment gateway. Depending on that level the foreign cards are accepted or not.

Thank you. You are correct. My client finally admitted today that they asked for an extra fee / agreement for that, and he didn't want to do it....

 

I have another issue now. I can get Spanish cards to pay ok in Redsys but when it returns back to my shop it says 'transaction cancelled by customer'.

 

I think I need to go into Redsys C Panel and change some options. Please can anyone say what the options I need to set for the call back on 'approved' or not approved' are to make the ServiRed module talk with Redsys correctly. It is almost working but not if you get my drift.

 

Also maybe I need to add the payment return URL? I haven't got that from CS Cart, no instructions came with the updated module from them (should have TBH).

 

What IS the payment return URL?

You are write. There is a problem with Servired module. All versions of CS CART are effected. Something is wrong with return URL and /or notifications.

 

All paid orders come as incompleted.

 

I hope CS CART finaly fix this issue. It is not a MINOR bug. It has to do with daily payments and it does not work properly.

By the way according to Redsys it is likely a problem of cs cart module.
