Paypal Standard Credit Card Issues Rate Topic   - - - - -

Hi

 

I have 4.3.3

 

I have been using paypal standard only on my cart

 

When customers check out using paypal account -everything is seamless

 

When customers checkout using credit card (at paypal) -

1) some orders go through seamless 

2) others encounter an error (please see enclosed screenshot) and the order is reported as "open"

 

 

Not sure what is causing this, any advice is sincerely appreciated

Looks like an internal paypal issue (could have to do with geo location of card holder or bank's response).  Also seems like cart is handling the response properly by marking order as Open.  Is there any "Reason text" in the payment area on the order?

Thanks for your response, no there is no response text in the payment area on the order

Than I would contact paypal and ask them what the issue is....
