I have two storefronts installed one same cs-cart, is it possible to have different invoice template for each storefront? Could some one can guide me the step how to change it. If invoice template is globally for whole cs-cart, is it possible to check which storefront the template is called from?

If the same theme is used for all store-fronts, one template for the invoice is used.
But if you use another theme for the second store-front, you can modify it. The invoice of 1st store-front will not be affected.
Those are styles of the same theme (responsive).
Note too that the admin versions will always be the same.

Yes, one theme is used for both store-fronts. We can offer you to clone the theme and activate clonned theme for the second store-front. In this case you can change invoice templates for one store-front only
