I would like to have shorter URL for my products. So instead of "http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=11545",I would like it to be "http://www.mydomain.com/11545"
For backward compatibility, we also need to keep the long URL.
We are ready to pay for the service if mod or server configuration is required. We are fine if the solution is not SEO friendly.
