[V4.3.4] Bug With Theme Column Number

There is a bug that i have found in the development of the theme. Working with the responsive theme i have found that when you change the column number in settings that it doesn't change the value in the theme.

Looking into the theme files i have found that 16 is hardcoded into the theme file and the chnage in settings does nothing.

This might be a bug worth looking into and fixing in the next update.
