Check your timeout settings (PHP and server ones).

My 4.3.4 upgrade seemed to get stuck with backing up the user database. It sat forever.. so I had to refresh the screen. now it says that 4.3.4 is installed but I don't have a warm fuzzy about it. I had SMTP mail enabled. Is there some way to have the update re-install?

Matt

I was really looking forward to update to latest 4.3.5 (changelog available for quite some time but release not getting daylight) but by looking in to bug tracker not sure if its worth for you to release it at all? Some bugs are already shown as fixed in 4.3.6. There will be unsolved problems in paypal express checkout and pagination seo. Really not a good deal at all.

If you are able to restore the store, before the next upgrade please open the config.local.php file and replace:

define('DB_ROWS_PER_PASS', 40);

with

define('DB_ROWS_PER_PASS', 4000);

It will significantly speed up database backup creation

Our developers are working constantly to improve our software. The new version contains a lot of bugfixes so it is quite reasonable to release it now.

I can't see that 4.3.5 has a fix for "Remove Query String from Static Resources"

The "?t=" parameter was removed from everywhere except URLs of images stored at CDN. Please check it.

probably Feb 2016,
Main reason for 4.3.5 is PHP7 support which will make CS-Cart much faster.

Is 4.3.6 still on schedule for this month (i.e. February 2016)?

Only reason I ask is that we're planning on upgrading and- since we have some customisation that makes upgrading fiddlier- it'd make sense to wait a few more days if 4.3.6 was due anyway.
