Street Address Information Not Being Passed

About 10% of the time, when a customer goes to check out, the street address information is replaced with just "United States". This started about a month ago and had no prior issues before that. I have not done any kind upgrade or changes either. Most of the time it happens when they use stripe to checkout. I use a stripe gateway by requin creative. I believe I have seen it with paypal as well, but its much rarer. The only other thing I can think of is that lately I have been having issues with my server where it can occasionally be very slow. Is it possible that a slow server can cause the information to not pass through correctly? Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We suggest you to check server error logs at first and disable all 3rd party module. Then monitor the progress

We suggest you to contact CS-Cart team. If there is a bug in this version, they will not take credits from you.
