Products Tab Is Missing From Import Data Area

Hi,
I'm on v 4.3.1 and for some reason the Products tab is missing from Import Data area. We are getting the following error messages:
Error Invalid pattern definition: alternative key is missing
Error Pattern not found
Does anyone know what files to check to troubleshoot this?

Looks like 3rd party module is used to export product tabs. There is no such a feature on the clean installation

Unfortunately I installed the same 3rd party add-ons in a clean installation but the issue persist. Do you know what configuration file contains those pattern definitions?

I think that you should contain addon developers. Only they can help you
