Hello everyone,

Are there anyone success to make smartly a flat rate shipping method?

  1. If the order total is less than $30, the shipping cost is the UPS or USPS Ground one.
  2. If the order total is more than $30, the shipping cost will be $4.99 for the 48 contiguous US States.

I know to set up the manual shipping method that if the order total is less than $30, I put the big cost more than the UPS or USPS Ground.

However, this is not a neat and efficient.

Please give me the way to set up the flat rate shipping.
