Upgrade Center Is Missing "installed Upgrades"

I have Multi-vendor and when I upgrade from 4.3.1 to 4.3.2 I get the warning regarding Local Modifications.

According the Knowledge Base (http://kb.cs-cart.com/local-modification) I should be able to click the gear button and choose Installed upgrades from the drop-down list.

I cannot find such option (Installed Upgrades) in my admin page.

I have attached the screenshot of my admin page that what I see as menu in my upgrade center.

Can somebody please help me?

After I upgrade, the my store front (Theme) is corrupted.

How do you suppose to upgrade when you are using a third party theme (I have BuyShop)

You should contact theme developers and ask them to provide you with the theme for 4.3.x version
