Thanks for all your support and help. Is there any easy process to upgrade cscart 2.1.2 professional to 4.3.3 or any process to migrate database from cscart 2.1.2 to 4.3.3? As I know the Store Import add-ons will work from 2.2.1 and its upper version. and also the cscart 4.3.3 does not have store import add-ons by default.
I was really in a problem and cant get any solution how to upgrade or data migrate from cscart 2.1.2 to cscart 4.3.3!!!

You will have to create your site in V4.2.5 (suggested) and then once the layout/styling is in place, you will need to upgrade your database on your original site from 2.2.1 to 2.2.5. Then you would do a store import from 2.2.5 to 4.2.5.
Upon success, then do the upgrades from 4.2.5 to 4.3.3.
The main issue you're going to have is to completely rework you layout/styling and will need V4 versions of any addons you used in your original site.
If you've done custom development, then you will have a bigger hole to dig out of.
Review the knowledge base for how to go about the upgrade. But if it were me, I would use 4.2.5 as the V4 base version to do your store import into. It seems more stable than the others.

After the import is done, just upgrade 4.3.2 version up to the latest version
