How can we create a guest user who purchased some product from the MVE of CS-CART to a permanent customer?
Is there a script or easy way to do this in bulk?

I think that you won't find many developers that post prices for any non-product development. A lot depends on the individual environment for custom work. If someone develops an addon as a product, then they'll post the price of that product. But I won't quote in a public forum and I doubt anyone else will either.
My question is why would anyone want to do this? If the customer wanted to register, then they would instead of checking out as a guest. Also, are you going to just generate a random password for the user's account? Maybe I am misunderstanding something here?
I can totally see how a customer would skip the registration step and then later decide that it's more convenient to be a customer.
So admin would bring up their order and click a new menu option for the order that converted the user in that order to a customer and set the order to the new user_id.
It would be a rare event, but if there's no way to practically do it, then having a tool that can might be worth the effort.
Is there a way after the customer leaves the summary page for them to convert their order to a registration?
