I was wondering if a fellow Aussie would lead me or assist me.
I have a cs cart website that I manage for a client
my problem is to do with shipping, as you know shipping in Australia is based on Postcodes.
We would have 4 couriers - each with different zones covering the same postcodes.
We want our customers to be able to select the shipping option that they want
is this too hard to do - as I have wasted so much time on this exercise

I do not know specific requirements of the shipping in Australia, but I am almost sure that you can set up it correctly in CS-Cart. Start from checking these articles:

we have gone over and over the instructions many times before posting this post - thanks for taking the time to answer.
it is just so annoying as we have these other couriers and it will only show one courier to the customer
huh? you can set up 3 couriers
I mean, it should show all the valid shipping options for the customer to choose
