I have a products with the “Free shipping” box ticked in the “Shipping Properties” tab. When a customer orders this product, there's no shipping method assigned to the order. When I ship the product, there's no where to add a tracking number. Do I have to edit the order and manually assign a shipping method before I can add the tracking number? Doesn't seem like an elegant solution.
We have reproduced this issue on the demo store. Looks like a bug. Please post this issue to the big tracker
Do you have this problem on cs-cart v4.3.3?
I'm running 4.2.2, so I can't say if any higher versions are affected. eComLabs said they used the demo store, so I assume that was 4.3.3.
