Images are missing on the frontend and when you goto admin and view the product missing the image the images is not shown there either… Yet if you click the blank image is pulls up and loads the image. And wow its there… If you try to delete the image and add a new one you cannot… It wont allow you… Just loads a blank image…

i was ironic :P

imac - why would we waste our valuable time reporting a problem that doesn’t exist?

All we want is it to be fixed. :)

I love how my post #4 gets edited because I stated an opinion. And, I get a warning on the site.

“[font=“arial, verdana, tahoma, sans-serif”][color=”#282828"]Unfortunately we are still unable to reproduce this." This is called a canned response. This is what you guys post when you cannot figure out a problem. I could see this if one person was having an issue. But, when several of your customers are having the same issue its just not a fluke thing. There is actually a problem many are experiencing. All we are asking is for some help in resolving the issue. That's all. Never at any point did I use foul language. Just stating my frustration. As is everyone else. OK I've been warned.[/color][/font]

WOW! You are right. None of the JPG images on that page are displayed in Firefox. I didn't even realize this until I viewed the source and searched for IMG tags.

But the PNG images on this page are fine: [url=“Ecommerce Solutions and Software for all types of business - CS-Cart”]https://www.cs-cart.com/cscart.html[/url]

EDIT: the path to the image gives a 404: https://www.cs-cart.com/images/mvs/mv_1.jpg

Hello!

Upgrade Issues are there.

I tried to upgrade the Store from V4.3.1 to V4.3.2 then V4.3.3. it always gives Restore.php Validation Error.

I tested this on 3 Stores immediately every store is giving the same issue.

Thanks,

Aditya

And where exactly would you get 4.3.2 if you are making a switch from say 2x right now?

This mean that upgrade script is unable to make sure that restore.php is there and callable. In this case you should checkt the write permissions for this file.

We decided to not allow upgrade process until the restore is working. Revert is critical function for upgrades.
