We're getting following error when customer place on order during checkout. Now we're using Manual shipping method with default locations(selected countries). We have configured every thing well so far on the admin section. Please advice as soon as possible.

I was just going to start a thread about this error as i am having the exact same problem. I hope its ok for me to post on this thread about the same problem rather than start a duplicate thread.



I have set the postage up for manual for UK and added all the counties relevant to UK in the correct box. I have (well hopefully) included the weight and charges in the weight dependancies section (as per attached image)



Is this correct please as i cannot understand what the problem is. I have been through the forum for anything similar but theres nothing and even the help sections are extremely limited with information :(

You need to Setup Shipping Methods Correctly and you need to allot to Vendors too then your Problem would be solved.

Many thanks for your reply. I'm sorry but i have only been working with cs-cart for a few weeks so i have no idea how to go about what you just said. Do you know of anywhere online that has step-by-step instructions please?

I do not see any issues with the settings. Please make sure that the shipping method is enabled and it is not assigned to any user group

these are all of the settings that i have currently for shipping. I have no idea what is wrong but when trying to checkout i get the same error as Pragmatic does. I’m probably missing something really simple but i cannot for the life of me figure what :(



Looks like you have All countries and UK Post locations. Try to set up shipping rates for both locations and check

Take the country name from the locations list and just leave the counties. ( I think this also works the other way round by removing all counties and just leaving the country…but I have never tried it that way)

Also remove the check box from Guest and registered and just leave 1 checked marked “all” see how that works for you…dont forget to clear the cache

I have UK shipping locations set up identical as you except for these changes.



Also dont forget to add another shipping for highlands and Islands with all the outlying post code areas (pain in the A**)

Try to update your profile on the frontend and save. That should do the trick.

I had the same issiue in the beginning.

Here is my shipping rates settings. Currently i have enabled Custom shipping method only with rates. Its applicable for following four locations like Default destination(all countries), Canada etc.

I am not sure, but try the following cost dependence:



More than 0 - USD 1

More than 0.5 - USD 0

Mote than 100 - USD 25.45

many thanks for all of your help, my issue has been resolved.



I deleted all of the rates/zones/countries etc that i had originally and started a fresh. Only used either United Kingdom or zones for the shipping and it worked first time :)

It is required to debug the issue. Start from checking Requests logs on the Administration -> Logs page

I am facing the same issue.

1. I have configured shipment and taxes, rate areas, selected the right country, connected the right google api...

2. I am trying to check the rate dependencies but everytime I click save button, the selections are gone...

After trying almost everything, we are still facing this issue and the project has to go live in 5 days....I would highly appreciate if someone can suggest us how to deal with this.
