This might be very easy question to answer, and quite possibly few people very facing the same issue.
I am trying to upgrade the store for my client from CS-CART 2.2.4 to 4.2.x
My client has license for the old version, and has purchased an upgrade license for the new version.
I have followed the instructions about upgrading found on CS-CART knowledge base, installed the new version of CS-CART in sub folder and activated the full mode entering the upgrade license.
However, the store import add-on is missing!! It is not found on add-on list.
How can I import the store without this add-on?
Why this add-on is not included in my case?
Does anyone knows what should I do? It might be a very simple and straight forward solution, so please do tell if you know it.
