I would like to design banners for my website, does anyone know one any good banner software or do you thinking photo shop and dream weaver is better to use to create banners?
Any help will be good appreciated

Me too and corel photopaint, but there are dozens out there some for free.
the most important thing is crisp eye catching images, no real need for dreamweaver.
