we should be able to add some custom information (custom fields) for each company.
Is there any plugin available which adds this functionality?
The “Profil fields” functionality is only for users of the shop, but not for the company objects.
If there is no plugin available, what files do we have to edit?

Unfortunately we did not find such plugin in the marketplace. You should edit the following files:
design\themes\YOUR_THEME\templates\views\companies\apply_for_vendor.tpl
design\backend\templates\views\companies\update.tpl
Please also add required fields to cscart_companies table in the database

No plans to add this feature to default Multi-Vendor package in near future. I would recommend you to contact CS-Cart developers to create such add-on

i m beginner with cs cart,can you please make it more easy for me by posting screen shot & little more explanation or share modified code to replace for companies field, as this website have field here(i need same)…so it will help me…its a kind request …as i do not know php for now …tq (:-

If you do not have any knowledge in php, sql and smarty, it will be hard to explain everything here. Hire someone to perform this work for you to save your time.
