Hello guys,

We need your help!

Does anyone use QuickBooks Merchant Service? Is it working fine? If yes, what CS-Cart version do you use?

One of our clients reported a problem with QuickBooks; we tried to clarify some details but he stopped replying.

QuickBooks support does not reply to our requests. So we even unable to get a test account to check the payment.

Indeed, this doesnt work.

Everything is deprecated.

Quickbook support doesn't provide support via e-mails, they do it just by phone.

I sent some details in a ticket.

Are you going to fix the IIF export problems?

I have a version of the PHP script that I edited for v4.x which works flawlessly.

This ticket is about payment.
As for the export, did you check 4.3.5/6 are there any problems with it?

Thanks everyone for the feedback.

The fix for Quickbooks Merchant Service will probably be included into CS-Cart 4.3.7.

For those who want to resolve the issue by themselfs, here are the instructions:

1. Backup the following files:

app/payments/qbms.php
design/backend/templates/views/payments/components/cc_processors/qbms.tpl

2. Replace

app/payments/qbms.php
design/backend/templates/views/payments/components/cc_processors/qbms.tpl

with the attached ones:

- Attached File  qbms.php   16.75KB   52 downloads

- Attached File  qbms.tpl   4.42KB   251 downloads.

3. Place the attached script into the directory where your site is installed: Attached File  update_qbms_lang.php   2.81KB   54 downloads.

4. Open

http://your-site.com/update_qbms_lang.php

in a browser and make sure no errors occurred during language variables installation process.

5. Delete update_qbms_lang.php from the directory where your site is installed.

It needs to be mentioned that this is ONLY for QuickBooks online solution: http://quickbooks.intuit.com/online

And that this solution does not work as required with the desktop version, the Enterprise version of Intuit Payments: http://quickbooks.in...tants/payments/

Is there an available solution for the Enterprise version?

Thank you,

Cornel

Hi Cornel,

In order to integrate Quickbooks Enterprise payments we should make sure many CS-Cart users need it.

The best way to do it is add idea to the Uservoice: https://cscart.uservoice.com/

But only CS-Cart members can do it, so if you have a CS-Cart license PM me the email it registered for and I will update your membership.
