Category Menu Listing Limit

hi ,

i've created a top menu which i've called “ALL” and linked it to the all categories which has 24 items.

however, when I click on ALL, only 12 categories show. is there a limit to this? is there a way to fix it so that all the categories are displayed in the menu?
