Random Customers Cannot Check Out - So Frustrated!

OK, sometimes customers cannot check out when purchasing items on promotions. The ‘Continue Shopping’ button is displayed instead of payment options.



It seems to be random cart promotions. I’ve been over and over the promotions and they look fine. In fact one that’s happening right now is a promotion several of us tested yesterday and it was working great. However now it’s not working and the customers cannot check out.



I am getting super frustrated with these random buggy things!



We’re using MV 4.2.4 and we absolutely must get this working properly. Is there some kind of strange bug or something that needs fixed? Has anybody here had similar issues?



Please help us with this! :confused:

ask your customers what browser the are using, I had a similar thing a few versions ago and it came down to internet explorer compatibility settings

Thanks, John! But it's not working for me in Chrome 42 or another admin in Firefox.

OK, working now! eCom Labs to our rescue once again!!! :grin:

what was the solution?
