How to use the reward points. for the new user…



I follow the

under promotion - add cart promotion - condition -



set:



points on user acount equal 0

once per customer YES



Bonus:

give points: 20



i tried to add

give user group Customer



but not work…



any idea how to add points for the new user?..

what you describe is promotions and promotions trigger only on order placement so default CS-Cart does not allow to grant reward points on customer registration



small customization is needed so if you're interested in it, we are at your service.
