I been having this problem for awhile now.
Whenever any customers placed an order, they do not receive any e-mail about they order and the same for the admin. The only way I know that an order came in, is when PayPal sent me the e-mail?
I do have Notify orders department and Notify customer enable.
Anyone have any idea what is going on?

it might be about block on your server so please ask server admin to check
If I update my profile that work. Only order don't work.
