Google Sitemap Does Not Work

Hi experts,

Google Sitemap addon is enabled but [url=“Truva Kitap”]Truva Kitap

does not work. I have added folowing to .htaccess


RewriteRule ^sitemap.xml$ http://www.truvakitap.com/index.php?dispatch=xmlsitemap.view [L]


[url=“http://www.truvakitap.com/sitemap.xml”]http://www.truvakitap.com/sitemap.xml[/url]

it does not work either.

We have 100 thousand products. It is related with it? Site is hosted on a powerful dedicated server.

Try to play with the following settings in the app\addons\google_sitemap\func.php file:



define('ITEMS_PER_PAGE', 500);
define('MAX_URLS_IN_MAP', 50000); // 50 000 is the maximum for one sitemap file
define('MAX_SIZE_IN_KBYTES', 10000); // 10240 KB || 10 Mb is the maximum for one sitemap file

it is because of number of products and heavy sql queries used for sitemap generation

even we have similar problem… google sitemap is not workin as we have about 300k products in our store… when i enable the google sitemap addon, the website cpu consumption goes to 100%, the cpu consumptions stops after 10-12 hours, but still there is no sitemap.



we need a more complex and powerfull sitemap generator for cs-cart. anyone have this?

Did you try to contact CS-Cart support team? 300k is not so big amount. It should work
