Cart-Power Add-On: Zendesk Integration

We are glad to inform you that have released new add-on: ZenDesk integration.

Integration of CS-Cart with the most popular Support Ticket System "Zendesk" (zendesk.com). No information excepted customers are located on CS-Cart. Tickets and comments are located in ZendDesk and CS-Cart gets it each time customer see topic.

General Features:

  • ability to create tickets with different content
  • ability to view all the tickets
  • ability to search tickets by subject, user, status, type, priority, date
  • ability to import/export Users to/from ZenDesk
  • ability to set status for ticket New, Open, Pending, Hold, Solved, Closed
  • ability to set priority Urgent, High, Normal, Low
  • ability to assign type of ticket Problem, Incident, Question, Task
  • customer can easy validate his account by email
  • ability to assign fields in form builder for ZendDesk specially
