Integration of CS-Cart with the most popular Support Ticket System "Zendesk" (zendesk.com). No information excepted customers are located on CS-Cart. Tickets and comments are located in ZendDesk and CS-Cart gets it each time customer see topic.
General Features:
- ability to create tickets with different content
- ability to view all the tickets
- ability to search tickets by subject, user, status, type, priority, date
- ability to import/export Users to/from ZenDesk
- ability to set status for ticket New, Open, Pending, Hold, Solved, Closed
- ability to set priority Urgent, High, Normal, Low
- ability to assign type of ticket Problem, Incident, Question, Task
- customer can easy validate his account by email
- ability to assign fields in form builder for ZendDesk specially
