In Phone/tablet Filter's Always Open

I have CS-cart 4.2.4 with responsive theme. If I open page in mobile, its in mobile view but filter’s is closed (neet to open with arrow). Can I change it to open in default?

We're afraid there's no setting to make it so. But some simple code modification can help. Let us know if you need help with it.
