Hello,
In payment method, we are calling a tpl file with javascripts. All javascripts are working. But when i click to "other payment method" tab and after that, turn back to first tab, scripts are not loading.
I checked it with browser and here is the image;



How can i fix this? If customer change payment method and turn back, javascripts are not running.

You should add the "cm-ajax-force" class to the custom <script> tag. E.g.

<script class="cm-ajax-force">
...
</script>

the class "cm-ajax-force" for script should work
after implementing that change you should clean up cs-cart template and browser caches

if it does not help, 3rd party mod is in place so we are also at your service
