Hello, I am having a problem… when I add a product in the admin panel, I fill in all of the product details then go click create, and it directs me to the homepage of my website and doesn't add the product.
How do I get around this? No changes were made to the server.
We had this problem. I don't know server stuff but support solved it with our web guy. It was a problem with mod_security which caused the server to think an SQL injection attack was underway. We found the offensive script by disabling security rules one by one and checking the log. Timur at the help desk worked through it with us. That's all I've got on this. Hope it helps.
