Hi,I made installation,looks it is all right.But when I start doing store import from 3.0.6 import stops usualy in step 401 Converting orders.I tried to change memory limits,script ex. time,etc,but nothing helps.I changed limit of converted orders from 50 to 20 to 10,etc,but always script ends earlier than should.Any idea what to do ? I already spent plenty of hours,no answer from cs-cart team,so no idea what to do.I am already starting to think to move to other store script,there are always nothing than problems with every upgrade.Thanks advance for any advice or help.
I had to do my upgrade on my local machine. Long time setting both old and new site up but the update script worked in less then 30 mins for about 9 years worth of data.
I am interested in this. I have 2.1 and want to upgrade to 4.2. Is it better to do store import than do the upgrade software thing in admin i.e. 2.1 to 2.2x then 2.2 x to 4.2?
How can I run it on my local machine? I am on a Mac.

I advise you to look at logs of store import. They are located here: '/var/store_import/{import_date}.log'. The mistake can be displayed below. Also, you can share this issue from logs with us and we will try to advise you something.

Firstly, it is necessary to upgrade to v.2.2.4 in upgrade center and only then to v.4.2.4 via store import. There is no other way to do this.

Mine failed because I had a lot of orders to import. This worked for me
