no 500 error for me? but id remove that link from here if I was you?

it leads to the installation process

yes ok

but when you click install it leads to 500 error

not sure, could be permissions or set up, ask you host to look into it

John

i have changed all permissions as the documentation installation…nothing!

still it has this error.

sis there any idea why?

500 errors simply mean that the PHP process running under the web server (usually Apache) terminated prematurely. You will need to work with your host to diagnose the problem. Most common cause is running on too old a version of PHP for your version of cs-cart. Check your /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log for the latest errors.

no! nothing!

i asked the webmasters and nothing!

i downloaded 3 times the instalations from you and still nothng!

i have upload install to another server i have adn it does the same thing to the other server!!!

is the zip file correct???

i have bought the license but i have installed many times demo!! this thing is first time happening

is there any problem?

here from the other server :
i downloaded 3 times the instalations from you
Not from me. Just another person here trying to help you.

Suggest you contact the helpdesk then but in my experience, a 500 error is not usually caused by a PHP application itself (unless it sends bad headers which cs-cart doesn't). I recently had an experience where the version of curl compiled into php was dying when trying to send to an https site. It showed itself as a 500 error.

Has your host reviewed your httpd error_log (not the PHP error_log)? Have they put Apache logging in debug mode to get the full diagnosis?

Please check if the .htaccess file is on the place

We are facing the same issue. Getting 500 internal server error when we click on install. Have already followed the instruction here but didn't help
