Site looks ok, not too busy from my screen anyway..

One thing, the site has lots of content, until you click and view a category
then it looks un-balanced.

Add some featured products or something to fill it out.

What do you lots of content, like images? or the ads on each side perhaps. I was wondering how you make featured products appear in the blank area when you click featured products

site is tooo wide.

I'm on 1280 x 1024 resolution and have to scroll horizontally to see the entire products page.

nice looking site but i have a question since i purchased a license i can remove the cs cart copyright at the bottom correct how do i do this i notice you did on your site but what and where do i make this change thanks

I would definitely sort the categories by name. I would try to keep the site simple but the color/design wise overall it looks great :)

one question does your live help feature work ? cause it looks alot different than the live help on most stores of cs cart ? if it works and is a secure live help feature what company is it with ?

It's not CS Live help. The one he is using is Live Help Messenger by Stardevelop.com. you can purchase it seperate at their site. But personally, dont know about how secure their software is as I've never used it.
