I'd like to know if there are e-wallet addons, scripts or integration modules for cs-cart multivendor.

As e-Wallet is a quite common definition for many payment systems.
It would be better if you could provide us with the link of the e-wallet system you need.

An e-wallet system whereby customers can transfer funds to it and use for shopping payments on the website.
Also funding options can be quickteller, Paydirect or cash deposit, even paypal
So if you want ot checkout, e-wallet payment would be an option.

As a free solution, you can use default Reward points module. You should create several special products (e.g. 100 points, 1000 points and 10000 points) and put them to the specific category. Customers will receive reward points if they buy these products only. If a customer has points on his account, he can spend them on the checkout. It is default behavior.

Thank you for the clarification of your idea.
Why did you reject the Reward Points add-on?
The difference between e-wallet system and rewards points add-on is in the method of the adding money on deposit.
e-wallet system - directly using the payment systems;
reward points - via buying the special products.

The purpose of the e-wallet is to give our customers another option of checking out and also give them the ability to fund the wallet and use it anytime they want irrespective of the product they want to buy but the reward points would confine them to the special categories or special products.
