Free Addon: Falling Snow Effect

We are glad to announce the release of our new free add-on "Falling Snow Effect"!

Powered snowflakes falling animations on your web page for upcoming holidays.

Cute add-on!



2 questions if I may:

1. Will it work in version 4.1.3 with custom theme (we use ‘Buyshop’)?
   
2. On your demo, can you please turn on ‘shadow’? As both your demo shop & our own website use a lot of white background, the flakes are difficult to see

We got your addon to try out and installed it and nothing… Am I missing something.?? Cs V4.2.3

Installed and Active… Cleared Cache…

I see that maybe your addon only works with responsive theme… We are running basic theme…

[color=#282828][font=arial, verdana, tahoma, sans-serif]I have the “Let It Snow addon” and works on basic theme. I using version 4.2.2 [/font][/color]

If you look at the current install files they are only for the Responsive Theme… Maybe the older version of the addon had the basic theme files… We'll wait for the creator to chime in and let us know whats up…

Would be nice if you can disable this feature for mobile and iPads. These devices run to slow for the snow effect

I've added snow using a diffrent method, still needed Hungryweb's help for this though ;)

1) https://www.hungryweb.net/cs-cart-addons/custom-code.html

2) in the styles tab added:

.sf-snow-flake {
position: fixed;
top: -20px;
z-index: 99999;
}
.sf-snow-anim {
top: 110%;
}

3) In the footer added:

Compatibility: 4.3.x / 4.4.x / 4.5.x / 4.6.x / 4.7.x / 4.8.x / 4.9.x
