Our store UI has messed up. We recently upgraded to 4.2.3 and all of a sudden getting this warning

I've deleted the cache, disabled the my changes addon and still it is appearing like this

manually clear the cache va ftp and also clear browser cache, check in another browser/pc it may be ok
