I have observed some changes performed on html pages are not reflected on the site. For example, if I try to change the font size, it is reflected on the admin panel immediately but it is not reflected on the preview page or event the site page after saving it. I have cleared my cache but there is no difference.
Look to the screencast for an example.
Can someone advise what could be the issue.

Just a thought as I have wysiwyg editor issues related to browsers. I cannot use chrome but IE works just fine.
For me there is no difference if browsing on Chrome, IE, Firefox
