Abandoned / Live Cart Block Is Missing From Dashboard.

Hi,



We have been using 4.1.5 Multivendor for almost 2 months now. We have observed couple of days back that [list]

[]Abandoned / LIVE Cart block is missing from Dashboard. [2 days back it was there]

[]Also, there is not VISIT's block [Never saw this]

[*]Top 5 search terms. [Never saw this]

[/list]

Could you please let me know from where can we handle these blocks of dashboard as i dont see any options for same in Admin panel.

I am not sure about 4.1.5 but in 4.2.2 if you do not have any abounded carts currently it represses it with other info, once you have an abondoned cart it will come back.

But I used to get this block even when we had 0 in this block. This is not happening now.[list]

We have the same issue, no Visits Block or top 5 search terms. Have never seen them. Further, can someone explain the statistics? It is not representative of the sales we actually do in a day. I think it's time references are different than our merchant processing. I'd like to see it from 6pm previous day to 6pm current day so that it matches (as closely as possible) what the batch submittal is.

Have you cleared the database recently?

Maybe It can influence on this block.



It is possible that you have installed a third party add-on that effects on Abandoned/Live carts feature.

Check this issue.

Does it open the default Abandoned / LIVE Cart page?

It does for me… opened the same link as Marketing → Abandoned / Live Carts
