Skip Payment Checkbox

This is something new and I have no idea what it does or how to disable it. During checkout (testing now), on the billing options page, there is a box that says “skip payment”. I checked that box, tried to submit order, and it immediately let me know I had to fill in credit card info. Can anyone tell me what the purpose of this is? I cannot find any reference in the knowledge base…

You will only see this checkbox if you are logged in as admin. Normal customers want see the checkbox.

Hi I have the same problem, and I get this box too, when I are logged in as a customer and want to help them to make a order. And this is not like an admin.

If you use the Act on behalf feature, the checkbox will also be displayed
